The Eate is an ancient fire God from the ancient Basque Times. A perfect fit for our Mediterranean Restaurant and home to all of our Charcoal Artisans.

 

Our food is cooked over specially selected Charcoal & smoking barks unique to creating an amazing fire cooked experience.

 

The Eate On The Spit & Off The Grill prides itself on sourcing the freshest ingredients possible. We have teamed up directly with Farmers and Growers to source seasonal fruit and vegetables. We also love to farm our own Organic produce which features throughout our Menu.  

 

We work closely with Farmers to obtain the freshest & the highest premium quality Lamb, Beef, Chicken and much more.

 

Seafood is no exception, we source locally and direct from the Fish Markets, providing a great seafood experience.  

 

Everything that we serve here at The Eate is made in-house, including our signature pickled forgotten Vegetables which features throughout our menu.

 

We love supporting our Local Businesses and our Community. We are very conscious of our carbon footprint, we recycle, compost and do our best to be apart of a sustainable future.
